The
purpose with this is to provide a manual that normal people can read
and use to guidance to functions and features that the they has access
to.
Web features
Some of the features that this phone system offers can be
reached via a web browser on the adress http://____________
Voicemail & Recordings
MeetMe
To access a MeetMe conference room, dial 8 + your extension.
(i.e.
for extension 200, dial 8200). This will create a MeetMe room for you.
Once the room is live, you can then transfer callers into it.
Phone features
This is features offered by the phone system.
Directory
When
dialing
*411 you
get to the phone systems
"yellow pages" where you can find phone numbers to other users by
typing in the three first letter in the last name.
Example: You want to
find the phone nr. to Mr Bush. Call
*411
and type
287, and you will get a list of
all users that matches the pattern and Mr. Bush will be one of them.
Schedule Wakeup call
This
will allow you to schedule a wake-up call to your extension.
Currently, this will not call out to another phone number so this has
some fairly limited usage.
